Job Title: Senior Campaign Manager

Campaign Overview:

This role is responsible for managing the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning to execution and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service standards and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather campaign requirements, timelines, and finalize briefings
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive email development
  • Manage the creative process as required
  • Analyze provided HTML assets and revise where necessary
  • Configure campaigns
  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot audiences (not responsible for data integrity)
  • Perform quality assurance and testing of campaigns
  • Track and report campaign performance
  • Manage campaigns and communicate time, scope, and cost
  • Maintain campaign documentation
  • Train clients and internal staff on campaign processes, platform tools, and custom applications
  • Monitor and resolve campaign/trigger issues
  • Provide internal and external training on platform tools and custom applications
  • Support self-deployment clients with daily platform and custom application support
  • Beta test product features and upgrades

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related full-time experience in customer support or client services environment
  • Strong understanding of customer service standards
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Working knowledge of relational database structures (primary and unique keys, table joins)
  • Self-starter who requires minimum supervision
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies; understanding of scope, requirement gathering, dependencies, and scheduling work
  • High attention to detail with ability to produce flawless work in rapid succession
  • Effective communication skills when speaking to technical and non-technical individuals
