Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Strategist to design and implement innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' marketing capabilities and providing actionable recommendations on optimizing their campaign stack. They will also develop next best action strategies, create business cases for campaign strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and manage small to mid-sized teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven decisions and driving process improvements.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with SFMC, Data Cloud, Personalization, Pardot, and Salesforce Loyalty is highly desirable.
  • Consulting and Technical Skills: Strong consulting and techno-functional experience is preferred.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as stakeholder management experience, are essential.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented decisions, are required.
