
Excellence Campaign Lead

As a campaign excellence leader, you will be responsible for crafting impactful customer experiences through the strategic integration of various messages, formats, and channels. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop robust omnichannel campaigns, leveraging marketing technology platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and VEEVA Sales CRM. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of campaign planning, and the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities- Omnichannel Campaign Design: You will own the Omnichannel Design toolkit and be responsible for building capabilities in local brand teams. This includes facilitating campaign design conversations and incorporating brand strategy, customer journeys, key segments, and behavioral objectives into the campaign plan.
- Campaign Analysis & Metrics: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various markets, extracting actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. You will also facilitate the definition and documentation of campaign success metrics and design the tagging strategy for effective reporting.
- Workshop & Project Management: Facilitate workshops using the Customer Experience design process to develop campaign objectives, target customer groups, and message flows. You will apply Agile methodologies to coordinate campaign development and deployment details with cross-functional collaborators.
- Campaign Execution & Readiness: Ensure the operational readiness of campaigns by coordinating with the Global Service Center, DTI, Digital Operations, and Global Data and Analytics partners.
- Strategic Advising: Provide a high-level understanding of both strategic and tactical components of campaign planning. You will advise strategic collaborators on how to leverage marketing technology platforms effectively.
- A Master's degree with 4-6 years, a Bachelor's degree with 6-8 years, or a Diploma with 10-12 years of experience in Campaign Management or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of techno-functional experience in Digital Marketing Operations, Email marketing, SFMC ecosystem, CMS, CRM, Analytics, and Agile are necessary.
- A solid understanding of metadata and tagging methodologies for effective tracking of digital marketing campaigns is essential.
- Direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is highly desirable (SFMC certification is a plus).
- The ability to make data-driven decisions using reporting tools like Tableau is crucial.
- Experience with highly complex projects involving cross-channel integration, solution designing, and implementation is advantageous.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a highly matrixed environment are required.
- Problem-Solving: Strong consultative problem-solving skills and the ability to work without guidance are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and document complex concepts, are necessary.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities successfully is important.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of Marketing Automation Platforms and the ability to define requirements for their implementation are required.
