Brand Manager Job Description

At Breezy Talent, we are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that align with our business objectives. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and support business growth.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer insights, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
  • Define the brand's value proposition, tone of voice, and positioning in the market.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of brand campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store activations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand's identity.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 college (IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS, etc.).
  • 45 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns and driving brand growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and experience working with cross-functional teams.
