Strategic Leadership Opportunity

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, with experience in leading and managing projects from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage consulting projects to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction through effective project management and team leadership.
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in a specific domain and provide thought leadership to internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to practice development and knowledge management initiatives to drive business growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Drive business development efforts including proposal development and pitch presentations to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant master's degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
  • A minimum of 8 years of consulting or industry experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic and operational consulting projects with measurable results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Domain expertise in a specific industry or function, with the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
  • Experience in business transformation, change management, or digital innovation projects that demonstrate adaptability and innovative thinking.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive account growth through strategic partnerships and collaboration.
