At the forefront of design innovation, we are seeking a visionary Studio / Design Head to spearhead strategic projects and lead a team of talented designers.

Role Overview

This key appointment requires an experienced leader with 8–10 years of expertise in interior design/ architecture to drive end-to-end design initiatives from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and execute comprehensive design projects that exceed client expectations.
  • Empower and inspire junior designers to excel in their roles.
  • Forge collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams including Consultants, Vendors, and Marketing departments.
  • Develop and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the organization.
  • Present compelling design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients.
  • Ensure all designs meet rigorous accessibility, usability, and performance standards.
  • Drive design innovation and set new benchmarks for excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in interior design or architecture.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional problem-solving and creative thinking.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills across corporate and residential projects.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience mentoring and leading design teams to achieve outstanding results.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Auto CAD and SketchUp.
