Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Design Visionary Lead to spearhead our architectural and interior design projects. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for driving innovative design concepts and strategies.

About the Role

This leadership position requires a strong background in architectural and interior design, with a focus on design-focused roles. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in leading design projects and teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations that showcase exceptional design skills.
  • Leverage design-thinking initiatives to infuse creativity and innovation into architectural projects.
  • Plan and develop design concepts that integrate artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
  • Maintain high-quality working and detailed drawings while ensuring project compliance and design integrity.
  • Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to mentor junior team members.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are highly desirable but not mandatory:

  • Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
  • Proven experience in leading design-focused architectural projects.
