Job Description:

A visionary leader is required to spearhead a team of sales consultants in providing personalized eyewear solutions to customers through telephonic and chat platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, implementing sales strategies, and handling escalated customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide strong guidance and assistance to the team to boost sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Team handling experience of at least 1 year with a team size of above 15 employees.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using telephonic and chat platforms like dialers and software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights.
  • Customer-centric attitude, empathy, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
