Job Summary:

Seeking a seasoned professional to oversee bulk sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market dynamics and seasonal trends, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Implement hedging strategies to mitigate price volatility and logistics risks.
  • Track daily market prices to identify opportunities for arbitrage and trading.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess crop conditions and availability.

Procurement & Sales:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, including farmers, agents, and commodity exchanges.
  • Negotiate and finalize bulk purchase and sales deals for raw and processed commodities.
  • Ensure procurement meets plant quality and quantity requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams for seamless inventory management.
  • Provide timely forecasts and commercial plans to stakeholders.
