Job Title: Technical Architecture Specialist

We are seeking an experienced technical architecture specialist to lead the design, integration, and optimization of manufacturing systems across our enterprise.

  • This role is critical in ensuring seamless data flow, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership
  • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of manufacturing solutions
  • Architect and implement MES, APS, Quality Management, and RD&L modules including LIMS and CALVIN
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals
System Integration
  • Integrate manufacturing systems with Teamcenter and SAP PLM, ensuring synchronization of materials, BOMs, and work orders
  • Utilize middleware and APIs to enable seamless data exchange across systems
Process Optimization
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and compliance
  • Support data validation, audit trails, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FDA, GxP)
Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA/QC, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and support teams
Documentation & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration blueprints, and system roadmaps
  • Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter (MES, APS, Quality Management, RD&L)
  • Proven experience integrating Opcenter with Teamcenter and SAP PLM (or other PLM systems)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, LIMS, CALVIN, PLM, and ERP (SAP)
  • Expertise in integration technologies: web services, APIs, middleware (e.g., ESB, SOAP/REST, XML)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data mapping/transformation processes
  • Knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Opcenter RD&L, LIMS, and CALVIN for lab workflow management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
