Architectural Visualization Specialist

We are developing cutting-edge Digital Twin solutions that merge real-world data with immersive, photorealistic 3D environments. Our projects span across building visualization, smart cities, and architectural digital twins—designed to drive informed decision-making and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create large-scale, photorealistic environments in Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred) for optimal visual fidelity.
  • Develop and optimize high-quality 3D assets, including architecture, props, foliage, lighting, and materials, ensuring seamless integration into interactive Unreal environments.
  • Import and integrate CAD/BIM/Revit and IoT data into immersive Unreal environments, guaranteeing accuracy and fidelity in alignment with architectural drawings and design intent.
  • Establish and maintain visual standards, providing constructive feedback and mentoring junior artists to ensure excellence in their work.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical specifications into compelling visualizations, driving business outcomes through data-driven storytelling.
  • Design and improve workflows for CAD/BIM data import into Unreal, optimizing efficiency and productivity while maintaining quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in 3D art/environment design, with 3+ years focused on Unreal Engine (architectural visualization/digital twins).
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) for environment creation and optimization.
  • Strong skills in 3D modeling & texturing, including 3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and ZBrush.
  • Proven ability to import and optimize CAD/BIM/Revit files for seamless integration.
  • Lighting, shading, and material creation expertise, particularly in PBR workflows.
  • Deep understanding of UV mapping, baking, LODs, and optimization techniques for efficient rendering.
