Job Title: HCM Technical Specialist

  • HCM Tech (Integrations, Data Conversion , Reports, Fast Formulas, OIC(Optional)) + Functional Coverage
  • HDL/SDL expertise with added value in Mulesoft
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
About the Role

This position involves working on compensation and equity projects using Oracle HCM tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL. A background in HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports is essential. Additionally, experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is beneficial.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and implementing compensation and equity strategies
  2. Developing reports and analytics using Oracle HCM tools
  3. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all systems
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HCM tech or integration engineering
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
