Job Summary

Senior Technical Consultant sought for Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical development, with a minimum of 8 years experience.

Able to work with US and Canada Payroll, with experience in Fast Formula development, BIP and OTBI support.

Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming, with HDL experience and knowledge of SDLC and JIRA.

This role is responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from business stakeholders and documenting these in technical specifications.

Responsibilities also include uniting/regression testing of RICE components, reviewing open cases/issues, and troubleshooting for resolution.

Collaboration with the team regarding required open tickets and work on them, as well as providing analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules.

Providing experienced technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions, planning for and supporting migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches.

Developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas, engaging Digital and vendor for support when necessary.

Requirements

* Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.

* Strong knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll area.

* Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).

* Ability to work night shift.
