Are you a skilled Oracle HCM expert looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead technical implementations and provide innovative solutions in the Oracle Fusion HCM space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Implementation: Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BIP (BI Publisher), and Extracts.
  • Fast Formulas: Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Custom Solutions: Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
