Job Title: Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

This role involves providing technical support and guidance to clients on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and excellent communication skills.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processing, experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Development and maintenance of knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Training delivery to clients.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in functional consulting with a focus on payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing and Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of SDLC and JIRA tools.
  • Experience working with BIP and OTBI development.
  • Good knowledge of HDL.

Education/Certifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification.

Desired Skills:

  • Positive and learning attitude.
  • Ready to work night shifts.
  • Strong communications skills (both verbal & written).
