Job Title : IT Infrastructure Service Manager

Key Skills : Rest APIs, ITSM (INC, Problem, Change & Service Management), CMDB, SOAP integration

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of IT service management platform

As an IT infrastructure service manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the company's IT service management platform. This includes:

  1. Designing and building applications and providing integration to other applications and platforms.
  2. Configuring and customizing the system to support business processes and functionality.
  3. Collaborating with other ITSM administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configurations changes.
  4. Participating in discussions with Business Analysts and designing Functional Design Documents.
  5. Customizing ITSM applications and facilitating rollout of new applications and modules.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT service management
  • Any degree graduation
