Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Platform Engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for our cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and administering AWS cloud services, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, VPCs, RDS databases, and Lambda functions.
  • Developing and maintaining automation scripts and tools for provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and on-premises resources.
  • Analyzing system performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvements to ensure optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Implementing security best practices and compliance standards to protect cloud environments.
  • Administering company SaaS platforms, ensuring user productivity with tools like Okta and AWS Workspaces.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and managing AWS cloud solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience administering Okta.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional certification is highly preferred.

  • Backup Solutions: Veeam, AWS Snapshots, Commvault, Backup Exec.
  • Monitoring Platforms: Datadog, Orion, Nagios, WhatsUp Gold.
  • SaaS Platforms: Okta, AWS Workspaces.
  • Automation Tools: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
