About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned infrastructure expert to lead our government advisory team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic PPP transaction advisory assignments from inception to financial closure.
  • Design and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Provide expert advice on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, investors, and lenders through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Possess an MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree (CA/CFA/PGDM).
  • Hold at least 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with exceptional financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

  • Deep understanding of PPP policies, MCA guidelines, and sectoral regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
