Senior Finance Professional Wanted

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for managing our finances, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounting entries and maintaining proper books of accounts.
  • Maintaining petty cash entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Preparing workings and filing GST/TDS returns.
  • Preparing sales invoices in ERP and sending them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Accounts payable and receivables management.
  • Managing travel and hotel bookings and ensuring payments are within prescribed limits.
  • Handling employee reimbursements according to company policy.
  • Maintaining stock of office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits and ensuring vendors are paid on time.
  • Ensuring office utilities like AC, internet, electricity, water, etc. are working properly and payments are made on time.
  • Renewing AMC contracts like AC, pest control, coffee machine, etc. on a timely basis and ensuring servicing is done.
  • Maintaining expense bills/vendor invoices/other documents in physical and scanned form.
  • Preparing final accounts and assisting auditors in completing statutory and transfer pricing audits.
  • Performing any other accounting or administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/commerce.
