Job Opportunity: Financial Leadership Position

 

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Accounts Head. This position is responsible for overseeing various financial functions, including monthly reporting and statutory compliance.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and submission of financial statements to executive management for review, along with maintenance of MIS & reports entailing budgeting, cash flow, turnover, customer outstanding, and collection statement; evaluation of these documents to facilitate decision-making processes and supervision of AR & AP Processes with stakeholders.
  • Focus on automating invoice processes and expense modules by integrating Tally Prime with banking, sales, and purchase ERPs solutions.
  • Compliance with statutory requirements, including e-filing returns and assessments, which encompasses Income Tax (including TDS, Transfer Pricing, Advance Tax Projections, and routine implications), as well as Routine & Case-specific issues under GST and P.F.
  • Liaison and coordination with External Auditors for successful completion of Annual Audit and completion of appropriate ROC / MCA Filings.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., CA, M.Com, MBA).
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the manufacturing or forging industry.

 

Skills:

  • Multifunctional experience within finance departments for managing monthly reporting and quarterly presentations of results to the Board.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting packages, particularly Tally Features for automation, audit, and advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Thorough understanding of provisions related to TDS, Income Tax, and GST applicable to BPO/KPOs.
  • Expertise in auditing and accounting reporting standards relevant to SMEs as defined under the Companies Act, 2013.

 

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of driving financial excellence and maintaining high standards of compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, finance, and industry expertise.
