Key Responsibilities:

Familiarization - Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

Client Acquisition - Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

Networking - Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

Relationship Management - Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Proposal Development - Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Negotiation - Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Staff Development - Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

Client Feedback - Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.

Trend Analysis - Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements:

Education - Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

Industry Knowledge - Must have knowledge of the IT industry.

Experience - Extensive sales experience.

Skills - Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
