Senior Software Architect Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Architect to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java and hands-on experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and NoSQL databases.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive system design and platform architecture decisions
  • Build scalable, resilient systems using Java and event-driven architectures
  • Solve real-time, high-throughput challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows
  • Own end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from design to deployment
  • Mentor teams while solving complex technical challenges
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years backend development experience
  • Deep Java expertise
  • Hands-on developer who can code, architect, and lead by example
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures
  • NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB)
  • Performance optimization and latency tuning skills
  • Ownership mindset with proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects
