We are growing in India and looking for talented individuals to grow with us. This is an opportunity to participate in an on-the-job training at Krones Machinery India to be professionally trained on our machines in the headquarters in Germany.

Responsibilities
  • Define and manage infrastructure, applications, and network systems within the organization.
  • Work inside the factory grounds of Krones Machinery India in Vemagal Industrial Area Kolar, Karnataka.
  • Perform tasks and instructions given by the Managing Director of Krones Machinery India and align with IT Guidelines & Policies.
  • Have overall responsibility and accountability for IT & Digitalization-related functions, including people and management.
  • Provide support, guide Support Specialists, and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the annual Infrastructure CAPEX/OPEX budget.
  • Operate, monitor, and develop SAP S4/HANA systems.
  • Define infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes for the subsidiary, aligned with Group guidelines.
  • Roll-out Global initiatives, aligned with the Global team.
  • Manage purchasing, installation, and rollout processes in subsidiaries for hardware, aligned with Global guidelines.
  • Responsible for technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for infrastructure.
  • Manage local infrastructure in the plant/subsidiary to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
  • Propose and coordinate deployment and maintenance of Hardware and Network solutions.
  • Monitor performance of infrastructure and networks, make recommendations for improvements as required.
  • Analyze business requirements, partner with key stakeholders to define infrastructure requirements.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT, act as IT support lead for the assigned organization.
  • Adapt and integrate Group IT guidelines and policies into the region.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and group business units and technical IT teams.
  • Responsible for local/regional technical operations of IT solutions.
  • Act as a local Security Manager, complete system audits and assessments, build awareness around information technology security and protection, implement risk mitigation measures.
  • Manage IT-related incidents, service requests, and changes, provide guidance and support to Support specialists.
  • Define and manage Disaster Recovery plans and Business Continuity Planning.
