As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead end-to-end financial management for a portfolio of hotels and restaurants. You will oversee the consolidation of monthly and annual accounts across all properties, prepare Management Information System reports, and ensure compliance with various regulations.

This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls. You will work closely with leadership to drive financial strategy and provide actionable insights on cost management and revenue streams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and food and beverage outlets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
