Job Overview

The role of a Senior Finance Manager is to lead the finance function and drive business growth through strategic financial planning, management, and control.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting processes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with tax regulations, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for audits, assessments, and filings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven expertise in taxation, treasury, and compliance management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Net Suite) and advanced MS Excel.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing end-to-end finance functions in IT - Services.
  • Exposure to working with leadership teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

Achievements

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, and IFRS.
  • Showcase expertise in financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Highlight experience in team leadership, mentoring, and talent development.
