Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of High-Stakes Test Centers (HSTCs).

The successful candidate will work closely with partners, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and provide necessary tools and processes for efficient exam delivery.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate scheduling across the HSTC network, reviewing upcoming availability and capacity requirements.
  • Oversee CCTV monitoring across HSTCs to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proactively identify and communicate quality-related observations or opportunities for improvement to relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. You will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating scheduling across the HSTC network.
  2. Ensuring ongoing compliance with regulatory standards.
  3. Providing necessary tools and processes for efficient exam delivery.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • ~1-3 previous working experience in a multi-cultured environment would be considered a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required.
