Senior Business Analyst for Appian Development

The role requires a seasoned expert in designing and implementing business process management applications using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Appian architecture, design patterns, and best practices. They must also have hands-on experience in building Appian-based applications, with proficiency in SAIL, Process Models, Records, CDTs, and Appian Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop business process management applications using the Appian platform
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
3. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers
4. Support deployments and troubleshoot issues as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong knowledge of Appian architecture, design patterns, and best practices
2. Hands-on experience in building Appian-based applications
3. Proficiency in SAIL, Process Models, Records, CDTs, and Appian Integrations
4. Experience integrating with external systems and databases via Web APIs and connected systems
5. Familiarity with Agile delivery, Appian Sites, Reports, and security best practices
6. Strong knowledge of data modeling and record-level security in Appian
7. Must have Appian Level 2 Senior Developer certification or higher
