Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing applications using Appian.

Your primary focus will be on technical design, development, stabilization, and enhancement of Appian applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure that all applications meet the required standards and are delivered on time.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to lead and participate in technical and operations reviews, sharing knowledge and learning from your teammates to enhance the team's overall expertise.

You will be responsible for organizing, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation using document repositories to ensure clear communication and project tracking.

As a senior developer, you will have the opportunity to build and share reusable components to promote efficiency and standardization across projects.

You will collaborate with other team members and mentor junior resources, helping them achieve their tasks and grow professionally.

You will work independently on tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

You will adhere to and participate in standard agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Occasionally, you may be required to provide after-hours support when necessary, following release management and code deployment processes to migrate code changes smoothly.
