**Senior Appian Developer Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Appian Developer to join our team. As a Senior Appian Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Appian and web-based applications.

  • Develop and implement complex Appian and web-based applications that meet the needs of our business.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and mid-level developers.
  • Understand the differences between REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies in order to effectively integrate with Web Services.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse.
  • Build critical Appian-based applications as well as associated integration components in Java.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Strong skills in Java and experience with Appian.
  • A good understanding of database design and data modeling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, it is preferred that you have:

  • Appian Certified Developer and Sr.Developer certification.
  • Experience with SAIL scripting and building CDTs.
  • Knowledge of at least one major programming language.
