Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned business analyst with expertise in designing and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process improvements that result in significant cost savings or revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current L2 Appian certified.
  • Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit.
  • Experience of working on Agile projects.
  • Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view.
  • Knowledge of Appian Smart Services.
  • Knowledge of Tempo Interface.
  • Proven track of working closely with key business users.
  • Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering.
  • Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience and understanding of business process flows.
  • Expert in analysing and documenting business processes.
  • Expert in writing business requirements.
  • Expert in writing functional requirements.
  • Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models.
  • Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Translates ideas into concrete work activities.
