At Exide Energy Solutions Limited, our mission is to produce innovative lithium-ion battery products that address social, environmental and resource issues.

We are establishing India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells. Our goal is to achieve NMC Cell design and development in the Cell R&D organization to meet our company's objectives.

The role involves leading a team of designers and developers for NMC technology in various formats of battery cells manufactured in EESL Gigafactory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory management: Ensuring accurate reconciliation of SFG inventories against SAP stock to minimize stock differences and optimize RM and Assembly materials composition.
  • Implementing and maintaining 5S principles throughout production areas to enhance Safety, quality, and efficiency in the workplace.
  • Interpreting large amounts of data in SAP WMS and MES to ensure consumption posting and outputs align with BOM.

This position aligns with our strategic objectives of improving operational efficiency, meeting customer demands, and driving sustainable growth in our manufacturing operations.
