As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and implement strategic plans.
  • Develop and implement site-wide initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with lean six sigma principles and practices.
