Senior CRM Developer Position

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of CRM solutions and mentoring junior developers.

This senior position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), a strong background in CRM design and development, and the ability to work effectively in a mixed onshore/offshore team environment.

This role requires expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and KingswaySoft for data integration and transformation, as well as proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Collaborating with business users to rapidly prototype and validate CRM capabilities aligned to business needs.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in a mixed onshore/offshore team setup.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, from design to delivery.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRM implementations and integrations.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
  • Proven experience designing and implementing CRM capabilities through Agile prototyping with business and technology teams.
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and KingswaySoft for data integration and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent.
