Job Description:

The Director of Revenue Growth is responsible for leading the hotel's sales team and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. This involves overseeing all sales activities, setting sales targets, managing key accounts, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities/ Job Requirements:

">

Responsible for Corporate and Travel agent Room Sales for the hotel. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies, set goals, and determine action plans to meet those goals. The role involves updating action plans and financial objectives monthly, quarterly & yearly, identifying new markets and business opportunities, and increasing sales.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. ">
  2. Representing Hotels in various events and exhibitions">
  3. Implementing all sales action plans related to market areas as outlined in the marketing plan">
  4. Conducting daily sales calls and arranging site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients">
  5. Providing the highest quality of service to the guests & corporates at all times">
  6. Participating in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business">

Operational Aspects:

Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and guest correspondence. Works closely with the Sales Manager, Accounts Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.

Relationship Building:

">

Develops strong relationships with the front office team to ensure working in unity and striving to achieve the same goals. Accompanies the sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in the development of business opportunities.
