**Job Opportunity: Lead Open Banking Expert**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and especially PSD2 in Europe and Open Banking in UK, as well as Open Finance.

This pivotal role involves leading the analysis and design of innovative solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with the strategic objectives of our banking and financial clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Open Banking regulations, including PSD2, PSD3, and Open Finance. They will be responsible for conducting detailed analyses of these regulations, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems
  • Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows
  • Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering
  • Monitoring regulatory developments, including the EBA's publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs
  • Undertaking market research, collate feature recommendations from clients and build a pipeline of requirements
  • Identify market trends and opportunities in open banking and develop requirements for innovative products and services

Requirements:

  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to conduct technical presentations & product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
