Job Opportunity: Senior Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee end-to-end management of multiple events & campaigns.

This senior role requires strong operational leadership, strategic vision, and proven expertise in driving attendance growth, managing complex event operations, and building long-term client engagement.

Audience Acquisition Strategies:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive audience acquisition plans for online & offline events, conferences, and campaigns across industries.
  • Leverage multi-channel outreach (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Build and maintain high-quality B2B databases, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Drive consistent audience growth, with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.
Event Execution & Logistics:
  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple events simultaneously, from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  • Oversee budget optimization, vendor negotiations, and data-driven strategies to track and measure event success.
Stakeholder & Client Relationships:
  • Manage senior-level client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and resolution of escalations.
  • Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals.
  • Define key performance indicators, monitor performance, and ensure structured training and skill development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring employee growth and retention.
