Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to lead the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events.

  • Candidates should have at least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in event planning, production or project management.
  • A strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology is essential.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills are also required.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design is necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of on-ground projects including venue finalization, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver set and venue designs accordingly.
  • Liaise with hotels and venues to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Maintain a repository of hotel options across cities for quick reference.
  • Bring creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to event setups ensuring innovative and engaging designs.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in event planning, production or project management.
