Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Client Services department as Event Management Trainees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting clients over the phone and email, offering technical assistance and best practice tips to boost their meeting attendance.

You will also gather client requirements for future releases of the product, create and maintain all product documentation, implement and manage the online portion of client events, and communicate with clients to review initial implementations and make required changes.
