The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to users via email and phone calls, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Upselling premium packages and services, increasing awareness of offerings and driving business growth.
  • Educating users on publishing services such as cover design, marketing packages, and distribution options, helping them to make informed decisions.
  • Gathering insights from users on their experience and sharing valuable feedback with internal teams, informing future product development and improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills for assisting users and conveying information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Fluency in Hindi to engage with users and provide effective support.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for helping users succeed, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A proactive attitude toward upselling and promoting high-value services, with a drive to exceed targets and grow business.
  • Ability to gather insights and report key findings to the team, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
