Key UI Design Roles

Responsibilities
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate a deep understanding of design principles.
  • Create high-fidelity user interface designs that balance aesthetics with functionality.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides within Figma to ensure uniformity across projects.
  • Mentor junior designers in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance designs based on user-centered design principles.
  • Closely collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with expertise in using Figma as the primary design tool.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and translate complex ideas into design solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of front-end development technologies and their influence on design feasibility.
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing design systems and component libraries within Figma.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, usability testing, and integrating user feedback into design solutions.
  • Proficiency in motion design principles and their application in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Figma design projects highlighting innovation and problem-solving skills.
