Job Title: UI UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Design Specialist to drive user-centered design solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across various products and solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into elegant design solutions that meet customer needs.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate design concepts and ensure seamless handoff to development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, ensuring user-centric solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine and improve designs that align with client branding and requirements.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide ongoing support to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on real-world projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch, with a focus on building and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients, with a focus on providing clear and concise design explanations.
