Job Title: Studio Operations Associate

This role involves providing organizational and proactive support to a creative team in India.

  1. Coordinate with Creative Leads to ensure project adherence to a well-structured production roadmap.
  2. Collaborate extensively with Studio Production and Post-Production teams to optimize workflow and quality.
  3. Oversee multiple projects, manage team resources, and ensure timely delivery of content.
  4. Align production plans with Roundglass deadlines and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Create and manage production budgets to align with financial constraints and creative goals.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate resources and timelines across multiple projects and teams.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain the studio dashboard, listing all project details and providing timely updates.
  • Resource Management: Evaluate resourcing needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions.
  • Creative Partnership: Collaborate with the team to develop production strategies that support creative vision.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in studio production coordination or management.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative studio environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting software, including MS Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
