Payroll Execution Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Execution Specialist to join our team at IN19 Alcon Laboratories (India) Pvt Ltd Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll work focused on timely and accurate processing of confidential information with consistency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll work with a focus on timely and accurate processing of confidential information.
- Strong India Payroll knowledge with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- End-to-end India Payroll knowledge with the ability to work individually to deliver results.
- Knowledge of India Tax and statutory processes.
- Consolidate all payroll inputs from different applications.
- Calculate gross and net pay amounts, including salary, overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, and payroll liabilities.
- Maintain payroll-specific records, including changes in wage/salary rates, pension, insurance, mandatory deductions, new hires, terminations, leave of absence, and other relevant information.
- Reconcile payroll records, including payments, deductions, and general ledger entries for wages.
- Verify and administer payroll data.
- Monitor and manage payroll legislation compliance.
- Answer questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll queries.
- Maintain employee records on vacation, sick leave, and other relevant information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of payroll information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduation/PG.
- Strong India Payroll knowledge with statutory compliance knowledge.
- Preferably managing ADP applications, Service Now, and Workday.
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Payroll domain.
