Supply Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end contracting for hotels and flights, driving product development to strengthen our travel offerings, and enhancing customer experience and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify, negotiate, and finalize contracts with hotels, resorts, and accommodation partners across domestic and international markets.
  • Build long-term partnerships ensuring competitive rates, exclusive deals, and value-added services.
  • Monitor performance of contracted properties and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
Hotel Contracting:
  • Develop strategic relationships with hotel suppliers to optimize room inventory and rate management.
  • Negotiate contractual agreements that meet the company's business objectives.
  • Oversee contract renewal and renegotiation processes to ensure best-in-class terms.
Flights Contracting:
  • Manage airline partnerships to secure preferential rates, commissions, and seat allotments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and consolidators to optimize flight supply.
  • Ensure seamless integration of flight inventory into our systems.
Product Development:
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative travel products/packages combining hotels, flights, and experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to enhance product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing) to ensure successful product launches.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3–6 years in supply management, hotel contracting, airline contracting, or travel product development.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
  • Excellent industry connections with hotels, DMCs, and airline partners.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing profitable travel products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
