Job Title: Travel Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Planner.

  • Plan and organize travel itineraries tailored to client preferences.
  • Liaise with travel vendors, hotels, and other suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and ticketing for flights, accommodations, and activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote travel packages and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Handle logistical arrangements, including visas, insurance, and other travel documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries from start to finish. This includes liaising with travel vendors, managing bookings and reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Travel Planner or in a similar role in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, visa processes, and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in travel software and booking platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
