Job Description:

Supply Chain Planning Solution Designers are responsible for crafting and implementing bespoke supply chain solutions for clients leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse Maestro.

This role involves working remotely with occasional business travel. As a key member of the solution design team, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure effective supply chain planning solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients derive measurable value from their investments.

Your Contribution:

  • Work directly with clients to grasp their business requirements and devise tailored solutions.
  • Configure RapidResponse Maestro according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and the functionality of their source system(s).
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Collaborate on the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Assist with data management and data integration-related activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research, or a related field, with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher levels are advantageous.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse Maestro resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

  • Attention to detail and self-motivation.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
