Design a Sustainable Outdoor Environment

As a Landscape Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing conceptual and detailed landscape designs for residential and commercial real estate projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating master plans, layout plans, planting schemes, hardscape designs, and other design drawings that showcase your creativity and expertise.
  • Collaborating with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to ensure integrated project design and successful project implementation.
  • Evaluating and ensuring compliance with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Overseeing the landscape design implementation at project sites and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

You will be responsible for reviewing landscape BOQs, cost estimates, and construction drawings to identify potential issues and propose solutions. Additionally, you will conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and ensure project viability.

Your excellent communication and project management skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, structural engineers, interior designers, MEP/infra consultants, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality project work within agreed deadlines and budgets.

We are looking for a talented Landscape Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institute and 8-12 years of relevant experience. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems.
  • Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and Environmental norms.
  • Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills.
