Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging landing pages optimized for conversion, usability, and visual appeal.
  • Design and manage marketing visuals across formats—ads, social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
  • Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing, social campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in graphic, visual, or motion design, ideally in digital-first or performance-driven contexts.
  • Advanced skills in Figma and strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design and motion/animation work.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
  • High attention to detail with ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing for multi-channel performance campaigns.
  • Familiarity with 3D tools or interactive design.
  • Understanding of growth marketing principles and data-driven creative testing.
