Job Opportunity: Space Creator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Space Creator, responsible for designing and delivering innovative interior spaces that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and lead residential projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and technologies to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Space Designer is necessary.
  • Led and delivered a minimum of 5-6 residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation software, and CAD applications.
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation), and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning).
  • Civil works and services (specifications and installation details).
  • Experience in creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for customers and coordinating with internal and external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in closing sales through logical and trusted sales pitches and driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Strong behavioral attributes including result orientation, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp and meaningful communication, and a high degree of willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among team members.
