Business Planning Specialist - Supply Chain

We are seeking a skilled Business Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain planning process, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business solutions that drive growth and profitability.

Job Description

The Business Planning Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining business plans that align with company goals
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in supply chain planning and management
  • Strong knowledge of SAP IBP Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Inventory Optimization (I/O)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work with globally distributed cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to set up and maintain planning areas, Key Figures configurations, application jobs, ECC ADD on BADI's knowledge, Cloud Platform Integrator (CPI) knowledge, Master data set ups, IBP Heuristics, Optimizer, Deployment, Demand Prioritization
  • Good understanding of SCM Integration with SAP ERP and other related modules
  • Excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and implementation, roll-out, production support experience in supply chain planning processes
  • Ability to perform custom and standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements
